Welcome to DOJ Beginner Contest 10!
You may choose any time during the contest period to participate for 100 minutes. DOJ rating range for rated participation: 0–2200
The contest consists of 7 problems worth a total of 2900 points. The points assigned to each problem, in order, are 100 - 200 - 350 - 350 - 500 - 700 - 700.
Unlike previous DOJ Beginner Contests, this contest has no subtasks, and point values vary by problem. Problems judged by the organizers to be more difficult are worth more points. Participants are ranked by total score in descending order. Ties are broken by the elapsed time of the last score increase plus any penalties, with a lower total ranking higher. Penalties apply only to solved problems: each incorrect submission made before the first accepted submission for that problem incurs a 5-minute penalty.
We have confirmed that all problems in this contest can be solved within the given limits on the DOJ judging server under C++ 17, PyPy 3, and Java 21 when using an approach equivalent to the official solution.
This edition of DOJ Beginner Contest aims for a difficulty progression closer to that of AtCoder Beginner Contest and is expected to be easier overall than previous DOJ Beginner Contests.
