BCD Participation

To participate in BCD, a DOJ rating must be between $0$ and $2200$, inclusive.

Given that _ddas's current DOJ rating is $N$, determine whether _ddas can participate in BCD.

The input is given from Standard Input in the following format:

$T$ $\mathrm{case}_1$ $\mathrm{case}_2$

For each test case, print YES on a separate line if _ddas can participate in BCD. Otherwise, print NO.

• $1 \le T \le 10000$.
• $0 \le N \le 4000$ in each test case.
• All input values are integers.
